Our debt advice is free. You can contact our debt advice service by telephone on 020 8767 2777 option 1 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you telephone and we do not answer please leave a message and someone will be back to you in 24 hours. We will firstly complete an assessment to see if you need telephone, online or face to face advice. Depending on the outcome of this we will then either make a referral to the appropriate service or book you an appointment at one of our offices.
Our specialists are able to deal with most types of debts including court papers. Please note that if you have court papers you should mention this as we need to know any deadlines for response or hearing dates when working out which services would be best for you.
Struggling with Water and Energy Bills?
If you have a debt with Thames Water then we might be able to offer you an appointment with our caseworker. This will be to apply for the Thames Water Trust Fund which has been set up to help customers of Thames Water in difficult circumstances to clear their debt. Please note that this does not apply to business debts. We also provide a similar service with a limited number of other utility providers if they have their own grants in place.
