EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME

Are you an EU national worried about your status in the UK, and do you have difficult or disadvantaged circumstances? Or are you an agency meeting vulnerable EU citizens who need help to settle their status?

If so, we can help you – free of charge. We’re part of a national project to help vulnerable EU citizens apply under the UK’s EU settlement scheme.

We can help EU citizens who want to secure their status, and who are:

  • People with disabilities and/or serious physical or mental health conditions
  • Young adults who have left care
  • Vulnerable children
  • People who’ve experienced domestic abuse
  • People who are homeless or sleeping rough
  • Looked after/abandoned/informally-fostered children
  • Elderly people
  • People in sheltered accommodation
  • People who lack capacity, or who are cared for (including residents of institutions)
  • People who are victims of modern slavery or trafficking
  • People from Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities
  • People at risk of exploitation (at home or in the workplace)
  • People with criminal convictions, or who have just been released from prison
  • People living in isolation
  • Other vulnerable or at risk people

If you need assistance or you’re not sure but would like some advice please contact us by email euss@swllc.org or phone 020 8667 9226. We look forward to hearing from you.

For more general applications that don’t meet the criteria above, please come and see an immigration adviser at one of our free evening pro bono clinics.
