South West London Law Centres is one of the largest and most progressive Law Centres in the country. We're looking for a highly experienced, motivated and accredited Immigration/Asylum Solicitor or Caseworker to be seconded and take part in a two-year funded project for Here for Good.

The role will involve assisting vulnerable EEA citizens and their family members, including victims of homelessness, domestic violence and trafficking, to secure their status under the EU Settlement Scheme. You will work with various other organisations in the sector, including homeless charities and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM).

Here for Good takes on complex EU Settlement Scheme cases, and the role is likely to present opportunities for strategic litigation and challenges against the Home Office in the future.  We can offer flexible working and generous benefits.

Here for Good is a charity founded in February 2018, established to assist EEA citizens and their family members to secure their status in the UK post-Brexit.  Our immigration team is highly respected and won Legal Aid Team of the Year at the Solicitors Journal Awards 2017.  We have a strong emphasis on quality and client care and earlier this year we were rated as “Excellent” in a Legal Aid Agency Peer Review.
