Struggling to make essential payments? We can help you – free of charge.

If you’re having money troubles or facing debt, you don’t have to go it alone. A problem shared is a problem halved, and our expert advisers can work with you to start lifting the weight off your shoulders.

The best way to get in touch with our friendly team is by completing our contact form. If you’re eligible, you’ll be given an appointment with one of our debt advisors, who can give you practical advice that’s tailored to your situation.

If you can’t fill in the form, you can leave a voicemail for our money advice team on 0808 109 8032. We’ll call you back and take your details. You can also find advice on cutting costs and writing a budget in our Advice Hub.

We also run a series of free money webinars to help you take control of your finances and improve your money management skills. If you live in London, you can also apply for a free Data Sim Card by filling in this form.

You may also find it helpful to read our Q&A articles, compiled by our money advice team. They cover a range of helpful topics, like switching energy suppliers and getting breathing space from your debts.

We can help with

  • Rent arrears

  • Council Tax arrears
  • Unsecured loans (eg catalogues, credit cards, payday loans)
  • Long-term options for your debt problems
  • Problems affording your essential bills

We can’t help with

The Law Centre was very helpful. Now the debt is sorted and gone off from my shoulders, I feel a lot better. I can pay for what my children need. I’m really happy.
